Unfortunately the All Ages show Junction Theatre, Calgary has been cancelled. According to promoter Barnaby Bennett this was due to their "costs for the show unexpectedly quadrupling (on the Theatre's end) and the lack of a suitable replacement venue".
We will instead play a daytime show at Local 510 put together by BeatRoute Magazine dubbed the "beatroute breakfast".
There is the possibility that due to the early timing this can also an be All Ages show.
We can now announce Githead's first forsay into North America, a short Canadian tour. Dates include two in Calgary @ the Sled Island Festival. The 2nd Calgary date is at Warehouse and features alonside Githead what must udoubtedly be the line-up of the festival of - Sub-Linguals, Women, Health and Holy Fuck!!!
There are a further two dates in The Toronto area. The first of which at the Rose theatre in Brampton will be streamed live. Sign up here to get a ticket.
Colin is this year's guest curator of Calgary's Sled Island Festival.
